ISP detection heuristic: script extracts the email domain and reduces it to a “provider base” (e.g. gmail, yahoo, outlook). It guesses correctly for domains like gmail.com, outlook.co.uk, yahoo.co.jp and many others using a simple rule for multi-part country TLDs.
